Our Leadership
Brian S. Nageotte
President/CEO
Brian is a graduate of Penn State Behrend with a BS in Accounting and acquired his MBA from Case Western University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of CPA’s and the Pennsylvania Institute of CPA’s. He worked in public accounting for 6 years before coming to Wesbury in 1999. Brian started at Wesbury as Controller and in 2005 became CFO. In 2010, Brian became Wesbury’s Chief Operating Officer managing all aspects of Wesbury’s operations. He is active in the local community serving as the Chairman of the Salvation Army Advisory Board. Brian has also been on the Meadville-Western Crawford County Board of Directors and the Board of Incorporators for Economic Progress Alliance. Brian became Wesbury’s President and CEO in 2015.
Lisa Maddy
CFO
Lisa Maddy is a graduate of Thiel College with a BA in Accounting. Lisa worked in public accounting before starting a career in senior living and healthcare. She has over 22 years of experience serving as Controller and Chief Financial Officer at senior communities in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Previously, Lisa held the Controller position at Wesbury and returned in the role of CFO.
Alishia Stevenson
RN, BSN, NHA, EMBA
Alishia is the Vice President of Clinical Operations and Administrator for Personal Care and Independent Living. She is a graduate of Clarion University where she acquired her AS in Nursing, and has more than 17 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in both acute and long-term care settings. After serving as Wesbury’s Director of Nursing for six years, Alishia attended Penn State Beaver, where she received her education to obtain her Nursing Home Administrator license, transitioned into the role of the VP of Compliance, Risk, and Quality Management and currently serves as Administrator. In 2023, Alishia received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Clarion University, and in 2026 she obtained her Executive Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business.
Tanya Bish
NHA
Tanya Bish, NHA, serves as the Administrator of Grace Rehabilitation and Health Center, where she brings more than two decades of leadership and dedication to senior care. A graduate of Slippery Rock University, Tanya holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Gerontology and has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator for 24 years. Beyond her professional role, Tanya is committed to our community, she serves on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Western Crawford County and is currently the Secretary of the French Creek Community Theatre Board of Directors.
Melissa Porter
VP, Sales and Marketing
Melissa Porter joined the Wesbury team as VP of Sales and Marketing in 2009. She is responsible for all campus wide marketing efforts including the development of the annual marketing plan, analyzing performance measures, directing all advertising, overseeing the referral networking and all sales related activity to sustain a strong aggregate census. Prior experience includes a 10-year career with AAA West Penn West Virginia Travel Agency where Melissa was the largest regional producer. She was also the Director of Sales and Marketing at a nationally accredited continuing care retirement community in Erie, PA for 5 years.
Pastor Sam Marchetta
Director of Pastoral Care
Pastor Samuel Marchetta comes to Wesbury after working as Spiritual Care Coordinator/Bereavement Coordinator at Heartland Hospice in Hermitage since 2008. Prior to working for Heartland Hospice, Samuel was the Lead Pastor at the Ridgewood Assembly of God Church in Pittsburgh and the Director of Student Ministries at South Hills Assembly of God in Bethel Park. Samuel received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Bible College in Springfield, Missouri and his Master of Arts from St. Bonaventure University in St. Bonaventure, New York. With a broad range of ministry experience, Samuel says he feels a strong connection to seniors and a passion to ensure their stories are heard, their dignity conserved and their contributions valued.
Rhonda Thomas
VP of Stewardship and Development for The Wesbury Foundation
Rhonda Thomas began working for The Wesbury Foundation as Event Coordinator in 2008. Prior to this, she worked as Wesbury’s Director of Activities and Volunteer Services for ten years before taking a few years’ off to raise her family. Before starting her career at Wesbury, Rhonda worked at Horizon Hospital System as the Manager of Development and Volunteer Services. She graduated from Slippery Rock University with a BA Degree in Communications/Public Relations and with a minor in Business Administration. Rhonda has been a long time supporter of Wesbury, greatly valuing its service and mission.
Laura King
VP of Human Resources
A graduate of Clarion University with a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education, Laura King spent eight years working in the field of Education. She went on to earn her Master’s in Human Resource Management from Southern New Hampshire University in 2017 and achieved her SHRM-CP certification in 2019. With over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, Laura has been a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) since 2016. She is also an active community volunteer, currently serving as Secretary of the YMCA Board of Directors and as an Usher at New Beginnings Church of God.
Paul Kerr
Director of Project Management
Paul Kerr is Wesbury’s Director of Project Management. Paul graduated from Titusville Area High School in 1994. After high school, he attended Pennsylvania College of Technology where he earned an associate degree in building construction technology. Paul has worked in the construction field for nearly 30 years as a laborer, carpenter, foreman, project superintendent, estimator, and project manager.
Rebecca Guianen
Director of Home and Community Based Services
Rebecca (Becky) Guianen brings decades of hospitality and leadership experience to her role as Director of Home and Community Based Services at Wesbury. Prior to relocating to Pennsylvania in 1998, Becky lived in Florida just outside of Disney World, where she worked as a bartender and corporate trainer for Tony Roma’s. After moving to PA, she joined Sandalini’s/Chovys, beginning her career there as a bartender and earning a promotion to General Manager in 2000. Becky remained in that leadership role until the restaurant’s closure in May 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Becky joined Wesbury in July 2020 and now oversees the day-to-day operations of Home and Community Based Services. Her responsibilities include management of the PERS system, meal delivery, staff scheduling and payroll, direct staff supervision, client admissions, and off-hours on-call coverage. Her strong operational background and people-focused leadership style help ensure consistent, high-quality services for those Wesbury serves.
Dr. David A. Williams
DO, Certified Medical Director
Dr. Williams grew up in Chardon, OH, about 30 minutes east of Cleveland. He attended Grove City College, where he got his bachelor’s in Molecular Biology. After graduation, David was accepted at LECOM (Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine), and then trained at St. Vincent’s in Erie for his Family Medicine residency. In April 2020, Dr. Williams transitioned his practice’s location from Grove Street in Meadville to Wesbury’s Medical Arts Center, located on Wesbury’s campus, adjacent to Grace Rehabilitation and Health Center. “I have practiced medicine in Meadville for close to 20 years. My passion lies in comprehensive primary care with a focus on prevention and continuity for long-term health and quality of life,” says Dr. Williams.
