Sunday, July 20th – Resident, Family, and Friends Picnic Sign-Up

On Sunday, July 20th, Wesbury will host a picnic exclusively for our residents and their loved ones. The following information is for families, friends, and residents of Grace Rehabilitation & Health Center, Cribbs Residential Center, Thoburn Village, and Wesbury Care Cottages:
Meals are free for Wesbury Grace, Cribbs, and Care Cottage residents. Cost for all others is $15 for the adult meal and $10 for a child’s meal.
Guest Meal (Adult) – $15
BBQ Chicken Quarter OR Pulled Pork
Pasta Salad, Baked Beans, and Dinner Roll
Dessert: Ice Cream, Brownie, Fruit
Beverage: Bottled Water, Iced Tea, Lemonade, or Coffee
Guest Meal (Child) – $10
BBQ Chicken Fingers
Pasta Salad, Fruit Cup, and Dinner Roll
Dessert: Ice Cream, Brownie, Fruit

Advanced registration is required. Please return your reservation form and payment to: The Wesbury Foundation, 31 Park Avenue, Meadville, PA 16335 by Thursday, July 3, 2025.
Reservations may also be dropped off at Grace reception, or made by calling 814-332-9014.
Grace Rehabilitation & Health Center and Cribbs Residential Center
Meals will be served continuously from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Wesbury’s Main Campus. Entertainment will be featured. Please click here for more information and reservation form.
Care Cottages
Family and/or friends are asked to transport Care Cottage residents to Wesbury’s Main Campus, where the picnic will take place. Meals will be served continuously from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, and entertainment will be featured. Please click here for more information and reservation form.
Thoburn Village Residents
Please reserve your meals by signing up at the Clubhouse. Meals and seating will be available in the Cribbs picnic area. Please see this document for more information.
