There will be a rest/lunch stop enroute. After arrival, you will have time to freshen up before we hit the city for an included dinner in Times Square at family-owned Dallas BBQ offering plentiful portions of Texas-style BBQ ribs and chicken with all the fixin’s. Just a short walk away is New Amsterdam Theater, an official New York City landmark, and the oldest operating theater on Broadway. Here, delight in the fast-paced Disney musical comedy, Aladdin.

Rise and shine for your included hotel breakfast before an early start in “The Big Apple.” We will pick up our guide and spend 3 hours touring while learning about the city’s history through sightseeing and walking the bustling neighborhoods. Enjoy lunch on your own at Brookfield Place in lower Manhattan where there are plenty of sit-down, fast food, and deli options. After lunch, spend the remainder of the afternoon visiting the 9/11 Memorial site, including admission to the 9/11 Memorial & Museum. The stories behind the dynamic blend of architecture, archeology, and history of the 1993 World Trade Center Bombing as well as the September 11th attacks on the Twin Towers and the aftermath, are told by people who experienced these events, firsthand. This is a tri-level museum which includes a gift shop. While here, take in the remarkable view of the city from the World Trade Tower Observation Deck. Your included dinner this evening will be at Carmines, “the original NYC Family Style Italian Restaurant, in Midtown Manhattan.

After your included hotel breakfast, we head back to the city for a backstage tour of Radio City Music Hall! Here, take in the history and enjoy the beauty of this art deco masterpiece, including the 60 ft high grand foyer, and visit the hall’s secret apartment, the “Roxy Suite”, named for Samuel “Roxy” Rothafel. The tour ends with a meet and greet with one of the Rockettes. Union Square, one of the city’s busiest hubs, will be our next destination. While here, explore the city’s largest outdoor Greenmarket, the Union Square Holiday Market featuring over 150 vendors and dozens of award-winning restaurants for a unique shopping experience. If time allows, we will travel back to our hotel to freshen up before our included dinner at Chart House in Weehawken, NJ featuring unique cuisine and incredible waterfront views of Manhattan at night. Then, it’s back to Radio City Music Hall. Take your reserved seat and experience
“The Christmas Spectacular” Radio City Rockettes.

If the weather is not conducive to a walking tour, we will head indoors to explore Grand Central Station. Mid-morning, we will board City Cruises for an onboard lunch while cruising the Hudson and East Rivers with views of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.
