Wesbury at Home is seeking caregivers to staff their Meadville and Titusville Care Cottages.

This is a great opportunity to enjoy consistent hours and a work environment with three residents to one caregiver ratio that promotes working independently. The work setting is a homelike environment with three residents to one staff per shift. With flexible scheduling there are opportunities for more time off in a row than similar care positions. You will build close, trusting relationships with the residents under your supervision.

Care Cottage caregivers provide support to seniors by assisting with (ADL’s) Activities of Daily Living and (IADL’s) Instrumental Activities of Daily Living, which may include reading or playing games, cooking, household chores, helping with hygiene, or getting dressed.

What is a Care Cottage?

Wesbury at Home Care Cottages are three-bedroom homes that offer a maximum of three residents twenty-four/seven, around-the-clock “Wesbury at Home” services. Designed to be an alternative to a personal care or assisted living environment, support is provided by a Care Cottage Caregiver who meets the resident’s day-to-day needs under the guidelines outlined in the Pennsylvania Department of Health Home Care Agency License. All Cottages are furnished, private residential homes with plenty of room for the residents to visit with one another, with family and friends, or to have their privacy.
