Wesbury is Proud to Announce the Purchase of the Former Meadville Days Inn
Our vision for the former Days Inn is to create an option for moderately priced senior apartments with a focus on wellness, activities, and age-in-place amenities. It consists of two separate buildings. The main building houses the majority of hotel rooms and meeting spaces along with a detached “annex” building which has been converted into 15 apartments. It has ceased operations as a hotel at this time, however; we intend to assist the prior management with the events that are scheduled through the end of the year. We will continue the use of the “annex” as an apartment building and allow all current tenants to remain at this time. Through the design process, we will develop between 70 to 100 one and two-bedroom apartments with a health and fitness center, swimming pool, and access to contracted services such as housekeeping, laundry, meals, and if needed, activities of daily living. As of now, we do not have a final timeline as to when renovations will start; however, we anticipate it will be around mid-2018.
