Outreach Services

Wesbury's Home Enriched Living Program (HELP) is a collection of convenient outreach services available to Wesbury residents and other mature adults in the greater Meadville community alike. The HELP program is designed to allow people to live in the comforts of their own homes, while receiving the personalized services they need to maintain active, healthy and secure lifestyles. The services are especially beneficial to those returning from a hospital stay, experiencing an illness or in need of occasional help. The outreach program offers housekeeping support services, home meals, companion services, Lifeline emergency response system, a senior day program and respite care.
