At home, subscribers receive a light weight, waterproof personal help button that can be worn like a wristwatch or as a pendant. If a subscriber needs assistance, a press of the button connects him or her directly with a specialist at the LifeAid Support Center who assesses the situation and provides reassurance or immediately sends the appropriate assistance.
Depending on the situation, this assistance may come from a nearby friend, ambulance service or the police. Wesbury LifeAid is effective not only from within the home, but also from outdoors near the home.
A representative from Wesbury will install the system in your home and explain how the service works. The cost of Wesbury LifeAid is $35 a month with an additional installation fee of $15 the first month. Contracts are month to month.
