Designed to meet short- and long-term needs, Wesbury's Grace Health Center offers the highest quality nursing, rehabilitative and medical care in a supportive environment.

Grace Health Center provides an active setting where residents pursue a wide variety of interests in a warm and friendly atmosphere. In addition to planned activities, there are reading, hobby, craft and recreational rooms that provide daily opportunities for fellowship and pleasurable pastimes.

Grace Health Center is comprised of three neighborhoods- Village Center, College Way and Town Square.  Wesbury's Memory Support Center is connected to Grace Health Center and includes of two more neighborhoods- Park Lane and Park Circle.  Each has an actvities program designed for each area.

Grace Health Center has open visiting hours to encourage family members and friends to support their loved one 24 hours day. Pets are also encouraged to visit. 

Grace Health Center accepts Medicare, Medicaid and V.A., and other third party payers with a very flexible admission process.
