Attorney Tye Cressman spoke on October 18th at 6PM about Powers of Attorney.  Whether you are one, or need one he discussed what you need to know to protect yourself.  Tye is a Certified Elder Law Attorney who focuses on areas of elder law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, and estate administration.  His presentation posted below in two sections answers the following questions:
